During the pandemic period, the company strongly encouraged horizontal development, and by chance, I got the opportunity to transfer to the Facilities Department. By knowing more this program, it reveals a path filled with challenges and opportunities. Collected myself, I embarked on this new journey.

A completely new department meant a fresh start. After the transfer, I've been absorbing new knowledge every day—cost control, contract drafting, procurement—areas I had never touched before. Step by step, I gradually accumulated experiences, and now I have fully adapted to my new role. The internal transfer program enhances team members' competitiveness, thereby driving better development for the company—a 'win-win' for both the company and its team members.

The diverse growth in F&B allowed me to engage with different cuisines and restaurant classes, expanded my professional horizons. From communicating with colleagues, management, and customers to handling food safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory, and financial budgets—all are the valuable experiences I've gained at F&B.

As the company's entertainment blueprint continually expands, I face new challenges and explore unfamiliar areas, learning that challenges are the best way to learn. Over the years, we were here to confront various incidents that include series of thefts together. With meticulous planning and united teamwork, we successfully caught the thieves, safeguarding everyone's safety. These unforgettable experiences have forged our profession today."
