(Macao, May 31, 2013) - Sands China Ltd. (HKEx: 1928) held its 2013 Annual General Meeting Friday at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel. All proposed resolutions (excluding resolution no. 4, which was withdrawn) set out in the notice of meeting dated March 22, 2013 (the "AGM Notice") were duly passed by way of poll.
A final dividend of HK$0.66 per share was declared, and in addition, shareholders received the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company and the reports of the directors and auditors for the year. During the meeting, Toh Hup Hock, Michael Alan Leven, Jeffrey Howard Schwartz, David Muir Turnbull and Victor Patrick Hoog Antink were re-elected to the Board of Directors, and Steven Zygmunt Strasser was elected to the Board of Directors.
