Sands Macao guarantees that Sandsmacao.com and all related brand sites will have the best suite rate for Sands Macao. For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all Terms and Conditions and be submitted in compliance with the Claims Processing procedures.
If you find and advise Sands Macao of a lower, published, available suite rate, for the same suite type and bed type, and for the same dates and number of guests (the competing third-party rate), within 24 hours after making a reservation on Sandsmacao.com, Sands Macao will honor the competing rate (with the same restrictions), along with a “Suite-est” Rate Guarantee Upgrade to the next available suite level, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
In cases where an upgrade to the next available suite level is not available, Sands Macao will honor the competing rate (with the same restrictions) and offer a further 10% discount on the competing room rate.
