2007) – Venetian Macau Limited (“VML”) today
extends its warmest wishes to all on the Year of the Pig. According to Chinese tradition, pig is a symbol of wealth and prosperity,
and regarded as the origin of good luck and fortune

we enter the Year of the Pig, I would like to specially acknowledge our Team

hard work that make Sands Macao a great success”, said Mr. Mark A. Brown, President
of Sands Macao and The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel.
Sands
Macao’s
achievements belong to their employees; hence Chinese New Year is not without
having a veritable oriental feast at the Team Members Dining Room! A rich selection of dishes will be served to
all Team Members. All ingredients and
preparation of food is on par with the cuisine at Sands Macao specialty
restaurants. A fine fair: of braised
abalone in oyster sauce, shark’s fin soup with chicken, lotus root with dried
octopus, beef Wellington and for dessert ice-cream and fresh fruit.
In
its third annual Lunar New Year celebration, Sands Macao’s celebratory
activities are set to start at 3:00pm on the 18th February with fire
crackers, 12 lions and a 100 foot long dragon that will dance around a 16 feet
high Gold Mountain Tree to usher in good health, long life and prosperity to all
VML Team Members and to Sands Macao valued customers.
